Syvilla Reynolds
Chief Administrative Officer/CMO

Ms. Reynolds is a retired 34-year Army veteran with an robust background in the medical field. She has functioned as a former senior enlisted adviser to Command teams as well as conducted executive briefings at Bridgade level, and is currently a board certified Physician Assistant.

Her career has encompassed medical logistics, asset and risk management, personnel training and development, and medical intelligence (MEDINT) gathering and analysis. As an operations manager, she spearheaded several large inventory and next-generation technology change management projects at facilities in the Pacific Northwest.

She holds a Bachelors in Business with a Masters in Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Rick Fernandez

Mr. Fernandez is a retired 32-year Army veteran with extensive experience in the SOCOM community as an Emerald Nomad.

His extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, operational execution, and intelligence work.

His career includes numerous deployments and leadership roles at all levels of combat (strategic, operational, and tactical), where he has consistently demonstrated expertise in planning and executing missions. Held roles such as Theater Targeting Officer, Battalion Current Operations Officer, Company Operations Officer and as a Detachment/Assistant Detachment Commander for various ODA teams, where he led efforts in combat scenarios, advising and supporting allied forces.

Mr. Hees brings with him more than three decades experience dealing with government and non-government organizations around the globe.

He is the co-founder of the non profit group Rhino 911. He has focused on customer solutions and building strategic alliance relationships with organizations that are proven innovators and technology leaders.

He holds a Bachelors in Business from Newport University and post graduate Diploma in Marketing Managment from Damlein Marketing School.

A native from South Africa he immigrated to the US in 1993. He is a veteran of the South African Defense force where he served as Senior ranking NCO in South Africa, Namibia, Angola and Rhodesia .

His expertise covers ISR aircraft acquisition, mission-specific outfitting, high-performance flight operations, and advanced drone systems.

Throughout his career, he has led complex, high-stakes missions with precision, discretion, and strict adherence to safety and security protocols.  

His disciplined, mission-driven approach makes him a trusted asset in both civil and special operations environments.
